This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.,^isfiled

seeking to enlarge the petitioner herein/A19 on bail in Crime No.73 of 2023 of the Kancharapalem Police Station Visakhapatnam.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the^State would submit that this Court earlier dismissed the Crl.P.No.2905 of 2024 on 27.06.2024 observing that the contraband^seizedisof commercial quantity and the petitioner was involved in similar case of commercial quantity. Hence, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,^this Court reiterates the earlier opinion passed in Crl.P.No.2905 of 2024.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed at the stage of admission itself.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any shall stand closed.
