On the earlier oceasions i.e., on 21.12.2023 and 23.01.2024,there was
no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore on 23.01.2024, this Court directed the Registry to post this criminal petition today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the present criminal petition.
- Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed for default.
- Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
