		Station, A1 obtained pre-arrest bail in Crl.P.No.137 of 2024 vide order dated 23.02.2024. One of the conditions therein binds him to attend before the Station House Officer concerned on every Saturday between 10.00am and 01.00pm till filing of charge sheet. This application is filed for relaxation of the said condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 65 years and he is complying the condition without any deviation from six months and prays to relax the condition.
