The Contempt Case is filed against the Respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 02.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23157 of 2023

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents have complied with the order dated 02.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23157 of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.
3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition as and when cause of action arises. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
