Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with our possession of agricultural lands of an extent of Ac. 1.09 cts in S.No. 441/8 Ac. 1.30 cts in S.No. 284, Ac 0.31 cts in S.No. 284-A/11, Ac 0.40 cts in S.No. 441-9 Ac. 0.591/2 cts in S.No. 441/3C Ac. 0.63 cts in S.No. 442/3 Ac. 0.1 lets in S.No. 285/1-Al9, Ac 0.28 cts, S.No.285/1-A18, Ac. 0.13 in S.No. 285/1-A6, Ac.0.11 cts in S.No. 285/2, Ac. 0.08 in S.No. 285-1A9, Ac. 0.09 in S.No. 285-1A10 Ac. 0.42 cts in S.No. 441-10B, Ac 1.33 cts in S.No. 441-7 and Ac 0.25cts in S.No.441/3B1, of Pedaputhedu Village, Dagadarthi Mandal, S.P.S.R Nellore District, without issuing notice under any of the Acts in vogue is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Principles of Natural Justice and Arts 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently desist the respondents from interfering with our possession and enjoyment of the lands referred to supra.
