Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action against the petitioner's representation dated 06-02-2023, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to register First Information Report basing on the petitioner’s complaint dated 28-11-2022

against the Respondents No. 4 to 8 herein for their illegal trespass and high handed action in trespassing the petitioner’s land.

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India seeking the following prayer;

pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action against the petitioners representation dated 06.02.2023 as illegal arbitrary unconstitutionaland against the principles ofnaturaljustice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to register First Information Report basing on the petitioners complaint dated 28.11.2022 against the Respondents No.4 to 8 herein for their illegal trespass and highhanded action in trespassing the petitioners land and to pass...!'

Grievance of the petitioner herein is that though she made

a representation to 2^^^ respondent herein on 06.02.2023 seeking to take action against 3*^ respondent in not registering complaint made against the respondents 4 to 8, the respondent police are calling the petitioner herein to the police station instead of taking action against the unofficial respondents and no order has been passed on the representation made by the petitioner herein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case,

respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the said representation

dated 06.02.2023 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
