ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, the docket order reveals that there was no representation for the petitioners on the last occasions i.e., on 31.07.2023 and 14.08.2023. Though the matter was listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
On the other hand, learned Government Pleader has submitted latest instructions dated 21.08.2023 wherein it is stated that the construction of protection wall is already completed.
As the Writ Petition itself is filed challenging the construction of the subject compound wall, no cause survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
