Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Siva Prasad Reddy Venati, learned counsel for the respondents.
Both the learned counsel agrees that the auction scheduled to be held on 25.03.2023 did not materialized as no bidders turned up for the auction.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that fresh notice will be issued for the auction sale. Therefore, cause in the writ petition does not survive.
Noting the said submissions, writ petition is disposed
of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any,
pending shall also stand dismissed.
