Dis Proceedings No. 13330/D4/2018, dated. 25-02-2021 rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of quarry lease without considering the explanation dated. 12-02-2021 to the show cause notice as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, abdication of duties and opposed to principles of natural justice and consequently set-aside the same as illegal in the interest of justice.

ORDER:-
As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 10.08.2023 and 24.08.2023, the matter was directed to be listed on 31.08.2023 under the caption `for dismissal'. On 31.08.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner reported that No Objection Vakalat was given to the petitioner long back. Hence, this Court directed to print the name of petitioner in the cause list.
Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
Therefore, Writ Petition is dismissed for non
prosecution. No costs.
