ORDER:
Writ Petition No.30285 of 2021 was filed to declare
the action of the respondents for withholding the payment of net balance of Rs.12,94,749/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Nine Only). Even after finalizing the bills, the respondents have not paid the amount for the work done.
