“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in threatening to demolish the house / dispossess us for forming National Highway-18 road in private land over an extent of Ac.0-07 cents belonging to the 1st Petitioner land in an extent of 100 sq.yards belonging to the 2nd Petitioner, and land in an extent of 80 sq.yards belonging to the 3rd Petitioner situate in Sy.No.93 of Pileru Village and Mandal, Annamayya District, without considering the Objections dated 31.05.2022 made by the petitioners or paying the compensation to them, in pursuance of the Notification in S.O.No.2124(E) dated 06.05.2022 issued by the 4th Respondent under Section 3A of the National Highways Act 1956 (Act 48 of 1956), which was published in Sakshi Telugu Daily Newspaper on 26.05.2022, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violative of principles of natural justice, Violative of Fundamental and Constitutional Rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and contrary to the provisions of the National Highways Act 1956 and the Rules made thereunder and consequently direct the Respondents to pay compensation to the petitioners in respect of the aforesaid lands as per the market value and pass such other order or orders….”
