Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondent No.1, 2, 4 to 7.

The grievance of the Writ Petitioners is that their representation, dated 08.11.2021 addressed to the 3^rd respondent submitting copies to the other respondents viz the Sub-Registrar (R6), the District Registrar (R5) and Tahsildar (R7) for deletion of the property to an extent of Ac.4.97 cents out of Ac.11.93 cents in Sy.No.196/1, 3, 4 and 6 situated at Chevuru Village, Mudinepali Mandal, Krishna District, from the prohibition list under Section 22-A (1) (c) of Registration Act,

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inspite of giving the above said representation to the all the authorities concerned so far have not been acted upon it. The counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a private land under the guise treating it as Endowment land the said land is included in the prohibition list erroneously. Hence rectifying the same the above said representation was given to the 3^rd respondent submitting copies to the other respondents as stated above. Since, there is no action. Hence, this Writ Petition.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that, if the petitioners make an Online application to the 7^th respondent through Village Secretariat the same would be followed to the concerned to take final decision on it. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioners are permitted to make individual Online applications to the 7^th respondent through Online or through Village Secretariat concerned within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of the same the 7^th respondent shall forward to the 3^rd respondent by following the due procedure and the 3^rd respondent authority shall pass orders on the said Online representations submitted by the petitioners within a period of three (03) months thereafter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall
