ORDER:
The petitioner claims ownership over an extent of 5 Acres 9 Cents of land in Survey No.4847-1 and 5 Acres of land in Survey No.4849 of Singapeta Village, Allur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

son of the petitioner himself had filed a spandana petition before the Superintendent of Police, SPSR Nellore District on 04.09.2022 and the same had been forwarded for enquiry to the 3rd respondent. In the course of the enquiry, the 3rd respondent is said to have called the petitioner to the Police Station for enquiry. After realising that the disputes are civil disputes, no further steps were taken in this enquiry and the petitioner is not being summoned to the Police Station for any reason whatsoever.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
