Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in calling the petitioner to the police station unnecessarily and interfering with the construction activity of the building of the petitioner situated in Door No. 13-1-13, Kuppilivari Street, Mettakkivalasa. ward No. 15 of Amadalavalasa Municipality, Srikakulam District, threatening the petitioner to settle the matter with the 5*” respondent by selling the property to him as illegal, arbitrary, without any authority of law or jurisdiction and violative of Art. 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to interfere either with the construction activity of the building of the petitioner or with his personal liberty.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the
action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in calling the petitioner to the police station unnecessarily and interfering with the construction activity of the building of the petitioner situated in Door No.13113, Kuppilivari Street, Mettakkivalasa, ward No.15 of Amadalavalasa Municipality, Srikakulam District, threatening the petitioner to settle the matter with 5th respondent by selling the property to him as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere either with the construction activity of the building of the petitioner or with his personal liberty.
