ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2015, aggrieved by the action of the respondents in interfering with the day to day agricultural operation of the land admeasuring Ac.7-95 cents in Survey Nos.379/1 to 4, 8 to 18 of Madicherla village, Bapulapadu Mandla, Krishna District

At the stage of admission, this court on 13.10.2015 passed the following interim order:-

“ This Court is prima facie satisfied that the petitioners are having title and possession in respect of the property admeasuring Acs.7.95 cents in Survey Nos.379/1 to 4, 8 to 18 of Madicherla village, Bapulapadu Mandal in Krishna District.

In the circumstances, the respondents shall not interfere with the subject property, except following due process of law.”

When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Pleader for Forest as well as Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that in view of the interim order dated 13.10.2015 granted by this Court, the petitioners are in peaceful possession of the subject land.

In view of the same, instead of keeping the Writ Petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondents not to interfere with the subject property, without following due process of law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed

of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
