- This writ petition is filed questioning the notices dated 24.06.2022 issued individually to the petitioners on the ground that, the portion of the land in each individual extent as mentioned in the said impugned notices would be effected for the purpose of road widening as per the A T Agraharam Main Road plan and sought for handing over the land to the Guntur Municipal Corporation.
