ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition stating that there are certain defects crept in the affidavit and needs to file fresh writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by giving liberty to file fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
