ORDER:
The petitioner, who is resident of Gangudupalli Village, Chandragiri Mandal, Tirupati District, has approached this Court with the grievance that respondents 2 to 6 are seeking to lay a road in an extent of Ac.0.34 cents in Sy.No.129 of Nethakuppam Revenue Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Tirupati District, despite the fact that the said land is a Vagu Poramboke canal and laying such a road would affect the flow of water leading to disturbances in the irrigation activities in the area.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
