Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or orders more particularly in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents i) to close Sai baba Stone crusher unit of 9th Respondent, permanently established in S.No.723 of Nallapadu Village, Turakapalem Panchayat area, Turakapalam Village, Guntur Rural Mandal, Guntur District and to declare the consent order No.445/PCB/ZO-VJA/CFO/W and A/2019, dt.10-05-2019 valid upto 30-01-2024 is illegal, arbitrary and against the statute and principles of natural justice and direct the respondents 2, 3 and 5 not to issue any clearance for continuing operation by 9th Respondent on the strength of orders of R4, dt.22-10-2020 issued by its proceedings 3117560/D1/2020. ii) Direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to issue any further consent orders, permitting R9 to run stone crushing unit in S.No.723 of Nallapadu Village, Turakapalem Village and Panchayat, Guntur Rural Mandal, Guntur District unless R9 shifts its stone crushing unit beyond of the prohibitive distance.
