Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this court that pending the Writ Petition, the respondents have passed speaking orders on 02.08.2023, terminating the services of the petitioner, challenging the same, the petitioner also filed W.P. No.20262 of 2023.
- In view of the above submission, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
- Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
