ORDER :
The grievance of the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is that despite sanction of funds by the Government as per the proceedings in Rc.No.B1/1840/2018-153, dated __.03.2019, the respondents are not releasing the financial assistance of Rs.10,00,000/- to the daughter of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, while referring to the said proceedings, made his submissions, inter alia , that the Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced various schemes for providing financial assistance to the students in

order to pursue MBBS and other courses in abroad and in terms of the said Government Orders, and the conditions stipulated therein, the petitioner’s daughter is entitled for financial assistance of Rs.10,00,000/-. He submits that the petitioner’s daughter is pursuing her MBBS Course in Southwestern University, Philippines and sought for release of financial assistance by making applications/representations, but so far the respondents have not released the said amount. Under the said circumstances, learned counsel submits, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court seeking appropriate directions.

It would further appear that the verification of documents was completed and the petitioner’s daughter is eligible for financial assistance, in view of the report submitted by the Vigilance and Enforcement Department, but it takes three months time for completing the process of making payment of the amount to the petitioner i.e., for receipt of budget from the Government and for sanction of the amount to the petitioner.
