ORDER:

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the inaction of 3^rd respondent in providing police protection for construction of compound wall to the agricultural dry land of petitioners to an extent of Ac.14-19 cents situated in various survey numbers at Nerellavalasa Village, Padmanabha Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, pursuant to the representations dated 10.10.2022 and 05.11.2022 made by the petitioners as illegal and consequently direct 3^rd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioners.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home for R1 to R3.

Grievance of the petitioners is that a representation dated 10.10.2022 was made to the respondents 2 and 3 on the ground that the unofficial respondents are interfering with the day to day activities of the petitioners herein in connection with construction of a compound wall, and though the representation

was made on 10.10.2022, the police/respondents 2 and 3 did not

dispose the said representation.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the

case, police are directed to dispose of the said representation

¶12

within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

¶13

Accordingly, with the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this

¶15

Writ Petition shall stand closed.
