ORDER:
Sri S.Varadarajuli Chetty, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter, dated 13.09.2023 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking
permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, which reads as under:
"It is bring to your kind notice that my client Smt. M. Sirisha had filed the above Writ Petition No. 19114 of 2021 for seeking the relief of compassionate appointment on the death of her husband who died in service under the respondent No. 2 in the above writ petition. The above said writ petition is pending for disposal. At this juncture the Respondent No. 2 authority in the above writ petition has expressed their willingness to provide an opportunity by appointing the writ petitioner in any suitable post in their organisation basing on the qualification of the writ petitioner. Under these circumstances the writ petitioner would like to withdraw the above writ petition and hence she sent the letter to me to submit the same before your authority for withdrawal of the above writ petition.
In view of the above reason, I am requesting you sir, to direct the Registry to list the W.P.No. 19114 of 2021 before concerned Hon'ble Court under the Caption of "Withdrawal" of the above mentioned Writ Petition in tomorrow's cause list."
The learned Government Pleader for Services-I submitted no
objection for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ
Petition shall stand closed.
