Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or a Writ more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to call for the records from the respondents relating to the personal file, to set aside the impugned order No. TL9/23928/2002 dt. 29-10-2002 and also the Memo dt. TL 7/37684/98 dt. 12-899 passed by the 1st respondent by holding the same as arbitrary, unreasonable Illegal, without application of mind and violative of Article 14, 15, 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to grant the pension, pensionary benefits and to provide job to the petitioner on compassionate grounds.
