Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in

the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the. High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Tender Notice No. 10 to 21/2020-21, dated 03.01.2021, issued by the 2nd respondent for desilding of sand by using dredgers in the Krishna River from the Foreshore of Prakasam Barrage from KM 0.500 to KM 13.500 (12 works), downloading of the tender schedules was allowed till 20.01.2021, eliminating the Petitioner Society from participating in the tender process, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, discriminatory, contrary to the A.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, violative of the Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the said tender notices and direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for entrustment of the said works under the aforesaid tender notices.
