Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in issuing Memo No.YTCOI- SPRTOSAAP(MISC)/67/ 2020, dt05.12.2022 of the Principal Secretary to Government, YAT & C (Sports AND YS) Department, whereby where under petitioner not declaring the probation period and release of annual increments as highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of article 14, 16 AND 21 of Constitution of India and consequently to set-aside the Memo No.YTCOISPRTOSAAP (MISC)/67/2020, dt.05.12.2022 of the Principal Secretary to Government, YAT AND C(Sports AND YS) Department by directing the respondent to declare the probation and releasing the. annual' increments to the petitioner in the interest of justice.
