Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of respondents on petitioner's Mee Seva Online Application dated 25.02.2023 vide Application No. TTA012300104894 submitted for deleting his private lands admeasuring Ac. 1.60 cents in Survey No.305/7 and Ac.0.21 cents in Survey No.305/1 situated in Vada^a village of Gara Mandal in Srikakulam District, from the list of Prohibited Properties under Section 22-A (1) (c) of The Registration Act, 1908 and all .records including online, records connected thereto, as illegal, irregular, irrational, amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Registration Act, 1908 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to delete the petitioner's said lands from the list of Prohibited Properties for registration under Section 22-A (1) (c) of Registration Act, 1908.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

The present Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action ef the respondents in not considering the applicabon submitted by the petiHoner through Mee Seva vide Applicabon No.TTA012300104894, dated 25.02.2023 for delehon of the petitioner's lands admeasuring an extent of Ac.l.OOcents in Sy.No.305/7 and Ac.0.21 cents in Sy.No.305/1 of Vadada Village of Gara Mandal in Srikakulam District., from the Prohibited properties under SecOon 22-A(l)(a), as illegal, arbitrary, unconsHtutional, contrary to the provisions of the Registrabon Act, 1908 and for a otrisetHtenbal dkecbon to the

respondents to dispose of the online application submitted by the petitioner through Mee-Seva and to pass such other orders. 3. Though several grounds were raised in the Writ Affidavit, at the time of argument?, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his relief and sought a direction to the respondents to dispose of the online application dated 25.02.2023 submitted by the petitioner. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has not objected for disposal of the Writ Petition with such a direction. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the 3"* respondent/Commissioner of Endowments to take action on the online application dated 25.02.2023 submitted by the ***** petitioner, in accordance with Law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. SD/- U.
