THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13900 OF 2013
ORDER :
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
