ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution
of India is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not incorporating the name of the petitioner in the house tax register vide assessment No.2295 at D.No.9-180 of Mederamatla Gram Panchayat, Korisapadu Mandal, Prakasam District in the place of late Smt P.Sarojani, as illegal and arbitrary.

Assessment No.2295 in the place of his wife’s name on 14.12.2022. Though, the respondents received the same, they are not acted upon the request made by the petitioner in mutating the name of the petitioner in the assessment list pertaining to assessment No.2295 for D.No.9-180 of Mederamatla Gram Panchayat, Korisapadu Mandal, Prakasam District. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
