Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, in short, is that despite the petitioner making Meeseva application dated 21.12.2022 seeking to delete his agricultural land of Ac.0.9325 cents out of Acs.3.74 cents in survey No.1196/1 of South Addanki Revenue Village in Addanki Mandal, Bapatla District (erstwhile Prakasam District) from the list of Prohibited Properties under Section

22-A(1)(e) of the Registration Act, 1908, no action has been taken by the respondents so far.

As the application of the petitioner is required to be considered by the 3^rd respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 3^rd respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner’s application dated 21.12.2022 strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
