The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, his F-line application bearing No.FSNVO 12300129887 dated 25.04.2023 for conducting survey and fixation of the boundaries for the subject land in an extent of Acres 12.00 cents in Survey No. 123-2 of Reddy Ganapavaram Village,

Buttayagudem Mandal, West Godavari District has not been considered so far by the 4*^ respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, initially the petitioner’s father purchased the said extent of the land along with the other extent under a registered sale deed dated 25.02.1951. The subject property has been devolved upon the petitioner as ancestral property. Hence, he sought for conducting survey and fixation of the boundaries, for which, he made an F-line application bearing No.FSNVO 12300129887 dated 25.04.2023 for the purpose of conducting survey and fixation of the boundaries for the - sjjbject land in an extent of Acres 12.00 cents in Sy.No. 123-2 of Reddy Ganapavaram Village, Buttayagudem Mandal, West Godavari District. But the same is not considered so far. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents upon instructions submits that, the 4* respondent issued notice dated 09.05.2023 pursuant to the F-line application of the petitioner dated 25.04.2023.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the
