ORDER:
Pursuant to the orders of this Honljle Court dated 24.01.2023, the Registry issued fresh notice to the petitioner herein for making alternative arrangements as his counsel alienated as Judge of the High Court of Telangana. Even though the notice was served upon the petitioner on 22.02.2023, he neither appeared in person nor represented through his learned counsel,, which indicates that the petitioner is
not interested in prosecuting the matter.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Interlocutory Applications, if any, pending in
this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
