ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders of this Court, dated 11.05.2023 the Writ Petitioner is present before this Court today when the matter is called. She admits that the notices are served by the respondent affixing the same on the door and she also approached the Commissioner to pay the fine amount. Since these facts are not expressly stated and as the earlier Bench observed that there was suppression of facts in this case, it cannot be proceeded with further in the matter. At the same time, the learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions of the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition.
