This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused against the judgment dated 22.01.2010 in Crl.A.No.90 of 2009 passed by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Ongole, wherein. the judgment dated 26.06.2009 in S.C.No.266 of 2008 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kandukur, was confirmed. 2. Both the learned counsel are present. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted a letter along with death certificate of the petitioner issued by the Registrar of Births & Deaths Kanigiri Nagar Panchayat, Prakasam District, showing that the petitioner/accused died on 09.07.2012.
