. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2. The Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the F.I.R.No.198 of 2020 on the file of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Bheemunipatnam. The petitioner is facing charge under Section 34(a) of A. P. Excise Act, 1968. ■ 3.‘ The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though several legal issues/contentions have been raised in the quash petition, considering the fact that interim orders were granted long back with a direction to the Investigating Officer not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner, the matter may be disposed

of, by continuing the protection granted to the petitioner and for

expeditious completion of the enquiry.
