ORDER;
The docket proceedings dated 07.11.2023 and 17.11.2023 show that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, therefore the same was adjourned to 23.11.2023 on that day also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore the matter is adjourned today under the caption Tor dismissal’. Despite the same there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that they have no interest in prosecuting the matter.
In that view, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
