THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.257 OF 2020

O R D E R:

Sri MD.Saleem, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that investigation in this crime was concluded and the police filed Report (Charge Sheet) and it was registered as Sessions Case No.79 of 2022 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ongole and requests the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition.

Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana, learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor representing for the respondent No.1/State is present.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor representing for the respondent No.1/State.

Considering the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, petitioners are permitted to withdraw the criminal petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is Dismissed as

withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
