ORDER:
The petitioner being aggrieved by the steps taken by the Repalle Municipality to take over his property for the purposes of road widening from Pedda Masjid center to Ankamma Chettu centre had approached this Court by way of W.P.No.6933 of 2022.

as follows:
“ Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained with regard to the subject land .”

granted by this Court would only relate to Status-quo with reference to possession.

there is any violation of the directions of this Court. However, it would be open to the petitioner to agitate his rights for payment of compensation for the land which has been taken over from him.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
