CONTEMPT CASE No.1354 of 2023
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 29.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38240 of 2022.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 29.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38240 of 2022 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. He further submitted that the petitioner is entitled for arrears; therefore he sought for liberty to file a fresh writ petition for recovery of the arrear amounts.
In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed and the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh writ petition to recover the arrear amounts for which he is entitled. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
