ORDER:

The petitioner claim ownership over an extent of Ac.0.67 cents of land in Sy.Nos.111/4C2,A2 & 111/5A2 situated at Somaladoddi Revenue Village, Anantapuram Rural Mandal, Anantapuram District and are involved in a private dispute with the 4^th respondent over the said land.

The petitioner has approached this Court with the complaint that the 3^rd respondent is interfering in the said civil dispute and is coercing the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 4^th respondent in favour of the 4^th respondent. The petitioner being aggrieved by the said highhanded and illegal acts of the 3^rd respondent have approached this Court by way of the present Writ Petition.

b 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has now placed the Written Instructions of the 3^rd respondent before this Court. In these written instructions, it is stated that there are private disputes over the said land between the petitioner and the 4^th respondent pending before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Anantapuram in O.S.No.342 of 2022. It is further stated that the 4^th respondent had

referred a complaint before the 5^th respondent on 28.11.2021 about criminal trespass by one Relax Nagaraju. This complaint was registered as Crime No.393 of 2021 under Sections 341, 506 of Indian Penal Code and investigated. After investigation a charge-sheet had also been filed on 30.03.2022 before the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (P&E), Anathapuram District and cognizance is awaited.

The 3^rd respondent further states that apart from this investigation, the 3^rd respondent had not interfered in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4^th respondent and that the 3^rd respondent as no intention of interfering this dispute.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach this Court in event of any future difficulty. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
