ORDER :
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 2 & 3 in interfering with the affairs of the Wakf Institution Jamia Mosque, G.T. Road, Srikakulam District upon the instigation of the respondent No.3 to 8 as highly illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent No.2 & 3 not to interfere with the affairs of the wakf institution., Jamia Mosque, G.T. Road, Srikakulam and pass such other orders.”

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any,
shall also stand closed.
