ORDER:-
The petitioner had executed works relating to improvements to ayacut road from Bollavaram to Thimmapuram under Neeru-Chettu programme in pursuance of the agreement with the 7th respondent bearing No.3230/2018-19, dated 16.10.2018. After completing the work the bills raised by the petitioner is finalize and the final bill amount of Rs.9,08,611/was determined and the CFMS Bill I.D.No.2238931 dated 16.01.2019 was also issued. However, the said payment was not completed. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents is clearly to the said dues, the petitioner is before this Court.
