ORDER:
Sri K.L.N.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the amounts which are due to the petitioner have been released by the respondentauthorities and hence nothing remains for adjudication in the Contempt Case and therefore, prayed to close the contempt.
Taking their submissions into consideration, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
