ORDER:
There was no representation for the petitioners during virtual hearing even though, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption, “for dismissal”. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in
the light of this final order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
