ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not extending the benefit of Revised Pay Scales of 2015 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.46, Finance Department, dated 30.04.2015 as it was extended to other time scale workers, who are working along with the petitioner in the same Corporation vide Proc.Rc.No.19604/2011/CC/D2, dated 13.10.2016 along with arrears is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and also discriminatory in nature and consequently direct the respondents to extend the benefit of Revised Pay Scales of 2015 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.46, Finance Department, dated 30.04.2015 as it was done in the case of other time scale workers who are working along with the petitioner vide Proc.Rc.No.19604/2011/CC/D2, dated 13.10.2016 along with arrears and pass such other orders”.
