This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 31.01.2022.
the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for
Revenue, the respondent authorities are directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners on 31.01.2022,
within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
Consequently miscellaneous applications pending, if any in the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
