ORDER:
The complaint of the petitioner is that the police
are not completing the investigation in crime No.125 of 2017 on the file of G.R.Palli Police Station, YSR Kadapa District despite passage of more than 5 years of time.
now placed before this Court the final investigation report that is said to have been filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kamalapuram. This final report is said to be dated 24.08.2017. The docket of the Magistrate produced along with the final report shows that the final report was not being accepted as defects pointed out by the section are not being complied.

be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,
shall stand closed.
