ORDER:-
Mr. P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by giving
liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any,
pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
