This petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India for the following relief:-

“ …to is sue writ or direction particularly in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent authorities in insisting to obtain revised no dues certificate from the 3rd respondent vide letter Lr.no.SE/O/VJA/PO/JA0.1/ADM.U3/D.N0.1754/22, Dated 07.05.2022, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents not to insist the petitioner to pay the suit amounts in pending suits filed against the deceased father of the petitioners and his family members pursuant to the letter, dated 07.05.2022 and pass such other order or orders … …. ”

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents.

Mr. V. R. Reddy Kovvur, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent No.2 is not present. His junior Mr. Sai Avinash appeared before this Court and represented. On earlier occasion, it is informed to them to appear personally and directed not to represent the matters with proxy. Even though,

the counsel is not appeared, he sent his junior for representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1522 of 2022, dated 28.01.2022, and hence, requests this Court to pass similar order in this petition also. The operative portion of the said common order is as follows:

“Accordingly and for the reasons alike in Writ Petition No.18941 of 2020, the present writ petition is allowed. The 2^nd respondent is directed to issue appointment order to the petitioner, without insisting him to clear the alleged dues payable to third parties by his deceased father. This exercise should be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported no objection to allow the present writ petition on the same lines.

In view of the submission made by both the learned counsels and upon perusing the entire material available on record, this Court deems fit to allow the present writ petition in terms of the said order at the stage of admission.
