No representation from the side of the petitioner.
On 15.03.2022, none appeared and the matter was posted on 11.04.2022 finally.
On 11.04.2022 also there was no representation from the side of the petitioner and consequently on 15.06.2022, this Court passed the order to list on 11.07.2022 i.e., today.
Today also, there is no representation from the side of the petitioner. The matter pertains to the year, 2011.
In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the matter.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
